Shopbefikar – Cancellations, Replacements & Refund Policy
At Shopbefikar, we are committed to delivering quality products and resolving customer concerns in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch by emailing support@shopbefikar.com.
Orders may be dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, even if the dispatch occurs within the 24-hour window.
A 5% cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.
Replacement, Damage & Defect Policy
Shopbefikar does not accept returns. However, replacement or refund assistance is provided for products received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to verification.
Replacement or refund requests will be considered only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
The product has a manufacturing defect
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Verification Requirements
To process any damage or defect claim, customers are required to provide complete and mandatory verification proof, including:
Clear images of the product and outer packaging
A complete unboxing video, showing the sealed package being opened clearly and continuously
📌 Claims for transit damage cannot be verified or approved without a complete unboxing video.
Incomplete or missing evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Approval & Resolution
All replacement and refund requests are subject to internal inspection and verification.
If a claim is approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable or damage/defect is verified, a full refund will be issued.
If required verification is not provided, the claim may be declined as per policy.
Reverse Pickup Policy
Reverse pickup is arranged subject to service availability at the customer’s location.
In cases where reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.
Shipping instructions and address details will be shared by our support team.
Invalid or Unverified Claims
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If a product returned under a damage or defect claim is found to be fully functional, unused, and without any manufacturing or transit-related defect, the claim will be treated as invalid.
In such cases:
No refund or replacement will be issued
To-and-fro shipping charges shall be borne by the customer
The product may be shipped back to the customer upon request after payment of applicable shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
COD order refunds require valid bank details and will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is approved due to verified damage or defect.
Important Notes
Products must be unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
Shopbefikar reserves the right to document inspection findings for internal records and dispute resolution.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in claim rejection.
