Shopbefikar: Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds

At Shopbefikar, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. Please carefully read our policies regarding cancellations, replacements, and refunds:


Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at Support@shopbefikar.com.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • For cancellations, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Refunds for online payments will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (after deducting the 5% cancellation fee).

Replacements

We do not offer returns. However, we have a replacement policy for cases involving damage or defects.

Replacement Policy Guidelines:

  • Replacements are offered only if:
    • The product is damaged upon delivery.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  • Provide the following to request a replacement:
    • Clear images and videos of the damage or defect.
    • An unboxing video may also be required to verify your claim.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at Support@shopbefikar.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • Delivery address.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Supporting images, videos, and an unboxing video if requested.
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours and guide you through the process.

Important Notes:

  • Replacements are subject to approval after we review the provided evidence.
  • The product must be unused and have all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

Refunds

  • Online Payments: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (after deducting the 5% cancellation fee).
  • COD Orders: Refunds require your bank details and will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.

Important:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund instead.
