Shopbefikar: Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds at Shopbefikar:

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at [email protected]
  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges:

Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return only if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (please photograph the damage and send it to us immediately).

Please note:

  • The box may not be in perfect condition, but the inner product should be free from manufacturing defects.
  • Items purchased on sale or with special promotions may not be eligible for return.

How to initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer care team within 3 days of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and (if applicable) a picture of the damaged product.
  2. You can reach us by email at [email protected]
  3. We’ll respond within 24 business hours.
  4. Ensure the product is unused and has all original tags, contents, manuals, boxes & packaging intact.

Reverse Pickup:

  • In some locations, we offer a reverse pickup service within 2-3 business days.
  • For locations without reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving it (address below).

Refunds:

  • You’ll receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges) for all eligible cancellations and returns.
  • Online payments will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • COD orders will require your bank details for a refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.

Important:

  • In very rare cases, if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • For damaged products, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the order.
