Players start with cards in their hands. Each card has an active value and an inactive value. When cards are rotated, these values switch.

On your turn, you perform exactly one of the available actions. You can play a set of cards, add one card to an opponent’s set, take an opponent’s set, or rotate all the cards in your hand.
