At Shopbefikar, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

Dispatch Timelines

Prepaid Orders:
Most prepaid (online-paid) orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
All COD orders require mandatory phone confirmation before processing.
COD orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful confirmation.

Orders may be dispatched earlier depending on operational readiness.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are calculated after dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed.

Prepaid Orders

Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & Other Locations: 4–7 working days

COD Orders

Tier 1 Cities: 3–7 working days
Tier 2 & Other Locations: 5–8 working days

COD orders may experience additional delays due to verification and courier processing.

COD Convenience Fee

A COD convenience fee of ₹49 or 5% of the cart value (whichever is higher) applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
For faster dispatch and delivery, we recommend choosing prepaid payment methods.

Courier Partners

We ship using reputed courier partners including SHREE Tirupati Express, DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, and Delhivery.

For locations not serviceable by these partners, shipments may be handled by India Post. Delivery timelines for such areas may vary.

Failed Delivery, RTO & Customer Responsibility

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Customer not responding to calls or delivery attempts by the courier partner
Customer refusal to accept the shipment
Post-dispatch cancellation request by the customer

the customer shall be liable to bear the to-and-fro shipping charges.

Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST for deliveries within India.
