  • Dispatch Timelines: COD orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • For Tier 1 cities: 3-7 working days.
    • For Tier 2 locations: 5-8 working days, due to additional processing by our courier partners.
  • Convenience Fee: A convenience fee of ₹49 or 5% of the cart value (whichever is greater) applies to all COD orders.
